Taylormade's underbelly muffler is a completely new design dedicated to maximizing volume in the limited space available under the engine. Greater muffler volume means that Taylormade has been able to produce a sports muffler with a tuned sound level that will get the adrenalin going but still keep you on the friendly side of your neighbours as you slip out for that early morning Sunday ride. This is not a loud exhaust! However, many of you enjoy rattling the windows, and want the most power possible, and for you, we have an unbaffled version available.

Our kits are available with 'street' or 'race' canisters and carbon or black trim. The street version is fully baffled and we measured sound levels of 102 db at 7000 rpm. The race can is about 106 db at 7000 rpm. With the street baffles you can expect a horsepower gain of 2-3 hp, and the race can will give you 5-6. Both versions will take 10 pounds off your bike.
